Intra-rater and inter-rater reliability of cranio cervical flexion test in symptomatic subjects of neck pain using pressure biofeedback

Objective: To investigate the intra – rater and inter reliability of cranio cervical flexion test in symptomatic subjects. Background study: Neck flexor muscles endurance was negatively correlated with pain dysfunction. Cranio protocol has been advocated to train muscle performance at present there is no consensus most effective method. The CCFT a clinical neuromotor control deep spine. In this CCFT, activation pressure score highest-pressure using Pressure Biofeedback unit. Result: mean Activation intra-rater found be 2.24 (1.69) 2.64 (1.48) retest. ICC intrarater Highest value 23.92 (2.17) 24.32 (1.99) Inter examiners 2.92(1.15) examiner - 1 2.72(1.19) 2. highest 24.32(1.95) 24.4(2.33) indicated high among inter-raters.
